I can feel the love from my Golden, Hallen! She is my most lovable accessory! Today I went to lunch with my wonderful grandmother, which gave me an excuse to dress up. I have been dying to wear my new floral bell-bottom pants that I got in Paris. I felt a bold bright color would match the floral pattern perfectly.

Dear Paris, I Miss You
Dear Paris,
Thank you for all the memorable nights, the delicious breads, and wonderful champagne...
I tend to play things safe when it comes to patterns, but for some reason I felt like stepping out of my comfort zone. Tonight I was wearing floral and polka-dots. Wild mix! For some, they may think this is a bit odd, but do I care?

Watermelon
Feeling HOT HOT HOT in California today! Shorts and a nice linen blouse was the perfect choice for keeping cool. Banana Republic has a plethora of different colored linens right now! I was feeling minty fresh and wanted to spike it with a bold color. I think my hot pink picnic shorts from J. Crew were a perfect touch!
A Day To Remember
I'm sad to leave Paris, but I'm so thankful to be back home with my family! Tonight was a family party, which usually means heels dresses, drinking and dancing. There is never a dull moment when you're with my family. My inspiration tonight was based on my influence in Paris. Not only am I wearing a purchase form Paris, at Sandro, but my gold charm bracelet was a gift to my mother form my great grandfather. He purchased this special bracelet for my mother while he was in Paris years ago. To add a little color, I felt that my YSL Tribute heels were a perfect match to this cream knit dress.

On The Streets of Paris...
Paris has been nothing but beautiful to me! Like Owen Wilson says in Midnight to Paris, "Pais is beautiful in the rain". I completely agree... yet...today was the first day in a while where there was no need to bring out your rain boots or polka dotted umbrella!
The sales have been doing wonders to my closet, but killing my bank account. This skirt I just purchased at Zara and can't help but to spin around in it all day! The blouse I brought from home, but it's a fun silk nautical blouse. I felt that these two articles of clothing went well together.

The Mystery of the Da Vinci Code look
What a pleasure today was! I had a private tour of the Lourve and as an Art History major, this was as if Santa spoiled me Christmas morning! Minus the mild weather, I was still enjoying myself!

When Will You Come Home? Look
I've come to realize my addictions for 4 types of prints: leopard, polka dots, strips and floral prints...
Today I'm wearing my new floral blouse that I purchased at Urban Outfiter before I arrived to Paris. I love sheer tops...can't go wrong!
